Who can get a stroke?
We are at the age of under 40 years old. The daily activities are yet quite a lot. There are dreams reflected in the mind. But, recently, we often drop things we hold. Our writing is uglier and uglier. Our toes frequently cramp and rub against each other. If we are experiencing the above symptoms, we have to be careful. Maybe, we had a stroke.
The stroke attacks not only the elderly people but also the adults under 30 years old. The stroke is usually caused by an unhealthy lifestyle. We can detect symptoms of a mild stroke. However, what do you know the characteristics of someone having a stroke?
To answer this question, let’s understand the definition of the stroke formerly! The stroke is an indication occurring as a result of disruption of blood flow to the brain. So, something interfering with blood flow like blockage or unstable blood pressure can lead to stroke.
In the book of heart attack, stroke, and kidney failure, Handrawan Nadesul said high enough risk of stroke happens in the people having high blood pressure (hypertension), diabetes, and hyperlipidemia. Furthermore, high enough risk of that also occurs in the person having prolonged severe stress or cigarette addiction. The man having risk of hereditary disease associated with the metabolism body habitually has the risk of stress.
Actually, the blockage of the blood vessels most often happens as a result of fat deposits. These fat deposits form a kind of plaque making the blood flow becoming clogged in the blood vessels. The blockage by those often occurs in the blood vessels of the brain and neck.
Other blockages can be caused by the piles of clot grain. Embolism or clot granules mostly derive from the flow of blood from the heart and blood vessels. Embolism triggers such as very weak blood flow, too thick blood, and conjoined platelets can also cause tendency of stroke.
