The charts below show the results of a survey of adult education. The
first chart shows the reasons why adults decide to study. The pie chart shows
how people think the costs of adult education should be shared.
Task 1
The figures show that the adult’s
reason decides to study and how people think the adult’s educational costs
should be shared.
In the first chart, both of the interest
in subject and to gain qualification reach the rate of increase by 40% and 38%
respectively. Meanwhile, the patterns of to be able to change jobs and to meet
people are only 12% and 9%, marginally less than the kinds of helpful for
current job, to improve prospects of promotion and enjoy learning/studying for
around 20%.
In the second figure, it can be
seen that cost of individual course is more expensive than the others, by 40%.
The cost of employer course is 35% only slightly less than that of individual
course. And then, the remainder has the percentage of course cost for only 25%.
Overall, it is clear that from both
of the charts, the reasons why adults decide to study are interesting in
subject and the higher cost of course must be paid by individual.
